Calcium Polycarbophil (CPC) is the calcium salt of polyacrylic acid cross-linked with divinyl glycol,for use in manufacturing bulk laxatives, prescription or non-prescription. CPC is used for treatment of chronic constipation on patients who experience edema, hypertension and underlying heart decline.
